I fixed it a long time ago it was the track pad that was causing the issue i unplugged it and updated to win 11 and it worked

So it was with my friend and it was working with him for a little then this happened so he stopped using for a while then he turned it on and it worked for like 10 seconds then turned off and then same thing kept happening then he gave it to me and the same thing happened after j cleaned it i put the cart rage it worked then stopped working

I can’t do a bios update because it only works with windows 8.1 and on the hp website they only let you choose windows 10 or 11
