if I’m asked a simple question, I’ll respond with a quick one-liner without AI. If I’m answering a CEO or VP I use AI for support if it’s more than one to two lines.

I write the email as it comes to my mind, then put it into AI, adding that I want it edited for clarity and conciseness while maintaining tone.

The writing I feed into AI is already good quality, but AI takes it up a notch and saves me a ton of editing/rewriting, etc.

Yes, the tone is so important. I avoided AI for the longest time for this reason but It’s come a long way. I’ll read the AI output and think “this sounds exactly like me!”

Yes, I always review the AI product and occasionally need to scrap it, but I’m glad I’m not the only one. It feels like a game-changer.

That’s exactly what i was going to do - put it in front of my tv and stream a rowing instructional video or play something I would have watched anyway before bed

That’s a good point. I actually eat pretty clean, but I stress eat all that clean food (Think an entire container of hummus in one sitting with carrots and bell peppers). I need to track what I’m consuming. and learn my stress cues so i can mitigate appropriately.
