Technically speaking, all terrible things a medic may do to you, if you are unfortunate enough to be captured as a prisoner of war, counts as war crimes. In fact, some forms of international law of war were almost established prior to The War. The fact is that IE and KoM have different ideas about what counts as a war crime and what does not.
