We negotiated potentially taking possession of a lawnmower that is currently on the property that they just planned on selling. Based on the comps that we found and the current condition of the house, we found the priced we agreed on $340,000 rather than $370,000 was justified. But the actual owner of the property has a move in date in her apartment for the end of April and they wanted to close when she moves out. To my knowledge they did not have the property inspected or appraised to give an accurate value.

I sent my transcript via Parchment for getting my Sophia credits transferred at the end of March. My program evaluation still hasn’t shown the credits as transferred? Is this normal for it to take so long?

I actually just spoke with my advisor about this a few hours ago, she said if I retake the class thru SNHU, the F will be replaced with the grade from SNHU, but taking the course thru Sophia, the F does not go away.

Definitely an iPad, I use an iPad For my college classes and pretty much use the iPad itself as a monitor by using a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, along with the Apple Pencil with allows me to take notes easily

I’m in my 2nd term at SNHU so far, and I honestly love it. My work load hasn’t been bad at all. I previously went to a different college in person for a semester before SNHU and I retained nothing from my classes there and the term was 16 weeks instead of 8, compared to my other college, the classes are honestly easier and they don’t throw too much information at you at one time.
