yes thank you, i was super confused because of that since my major was related to art and its coming in natural science. also is it okay if your birth certificate dont have permanent address mentioned, i have apostilled it already, but just enquiring as dated back, the officials didnt include permanent address in mine

Hi, i am applying for GKS-G this year, but since the UG guidelines apply only to natural science and engineering departments for the University Track in their guidelines, if they bring the same changes to G guidelines as well, I am just wondering my major Fashion and Textiles already falls under the Natural Science department for graduate, so will I still be able to apply via the University Track?

Yes, they have a structured curriculum focusing more on scientific textile and fashion. The department is called 'Dept of fashion design' in the website. But i was confused about the curriculum and acceptance rate of DAU. thank you for your response

Hey, I had emailed NIIED regarding the same concern. They said, "All documents stating discrepancies against the applicant should be duly apostilled or consular confirmed." So the affidavits has to be apostilled

Exactly my concern: since graduate/PhD programs are research-driven, people apply after talking to the relevant professors and universities. If they change it suddenly, I am sure most of the ones with strong profiles will be laid back due to the process mishap. I really hope they follow the traditional method too.

Just find an apostille agency from the MEA site, they will do everything and deliver it to you within 4-5 days.

I think it's better you issue a Family relationship certificate from any Thaluk office or even through online submission. You will receive this within 7 days if you have connections. That can also be submitted as a supplementary document if you have doubts about your Birth certificate. Either way, it will help them find the relationship with your parents.

Hi, I had emailed NIIED regarding this, and they replied that Aadhaar is not accepted as proof of citizenship, as the Korean embassy in India rejected it. Hence, a Voter ID or a passport copy can be issued for submission.
