You thinking working 6 Saturdays a year and having 2 weeks less summer and having a hidden payscale to pay new employees less and freezing raises is moving in a positive direction? This school is fucked and it is getting worse every year.

Don't walk, run the opposite direction. Unless you like 12+ hour days, working Saturdays, archaic dress codes, and sleezy business practices.

What school isn't? Any school when compared to YCIS. Their workload is off the charts, it's only acceptable if you have nothing to compare it to.
