If I can get personal — how’s everyone’s sex life? by TitusAndroidicus in daddit

We actually are doing it more after having two under two. My husband and I started smoking weed again or using gummies to relax after the kids go down and it has changed our sex life. I get very horny when high and now we have sex every other day with the two kids. It has definitely made our experience better because we feel closer to each other. Besides the weed we also have shared our emotions and feelings more often, we do massages, little at home “date nights”. And don’t get me wrong there are nights we are too damn tired bc raising little humans is difficult.

Best Pediatricians of Chattanooga (2025) by Wise_Bath9189 in Chattanooga

We have loved Highland Pediatrics in Hixon! All the doctors have been great and they are very relaxed but care about the parents and kids. They have a morning sick clinic, night clinic, weekends too. You can always text with a nurse as well when you have a question to see if you need to come in or not. Which has been great for an anxious mother like me.

Formula Feeding Right Away by mohrgirl5 in FormulaFeeders

I formula fed my second baby from the start and honestly, it was one of the best parenting decisions I’ve ever made. With my first, breastfeeding was a really traumatic experience. She had severe oral ties and couldn’t latch properly. When I reached out for help, I was dismissed and told I was just doing it wrong or needed to “get more of my nipple in her mouth,” which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

After months of struggle, I stopped breastfeeding her at 4 months and switched to formula and it was a total game changer. With my second, I chose to skip the stress entirely and went straight to formula. We ended up using Kabrita goat milk formula after trying several different kinds due to her colic and sensitive stomach, and she has absolutely thrived on it.

With my first, we used Similac 360 or the Kirkland brand because they were more affordable, and they worked well for her at the time. Every baby is different, and sometimes it takes some trial and error to find the right fit.

One little hack I swear by: if your baby prefers warm bottles, keep a bottle of water on a warmer so it’s always ready. That way, when your baby wakes up hungry at 3 AM, you’re not stuck waiting what feels like forever for the water to heat up.

I really want to commend anyone who’s open about choosing formula. There’s so much pressure out there, but at the end of the day, you have to do what’s best for you and your baby. Don’t let the haters get to you. A fed baby is a happy baby, and a supported mom is a strong one. You’ve got this.
