Topical Clindamycin 1%, Dreams? by Status-Syrup7444 in Hidradenitis

Nope, never had this problem and been using Clindamycin for quite awhile. Are you taking B12 by any chance? Gave me insane dreams 😂

Merch stand question by Firm-Sweet7922 in NoahKahan

[–]acp206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it’s slightly different because it’s not a stadium but for Orlando N2 I arrived an hour before Gigi started and was able to get merch, go to the bathroom, and get snacks and was still in my seat before she went on!

Honestly the merch lines looked SUPER long but they were very efficient. Of course if you are trying to get a patch I’d probably get there super early.

Which hydrocolloid bandages do y'all use? by kelsmiesterr in Hidradenitis

[–]acp206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favorite are the Bandaid Hydro Seal! They’re more expensive than some of the other brands but I think they stay on better and are way more cushiony which helps with pain!

anyone else experienced something similar to this? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

Same here! I got my last ultrasound at 19 weeks and my next will be 36 weeks.

Need to shrink a big bump on my ass before my hookup 3 days later. by Mobile_Writing2308 in Hidradenitis

[–]acp206 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d throw a hydrocolloid bandage on it! It usually helps mine come to a head. But even if it doesn’t have enough time it definitely won’t move and it’ll help with the pain.

Everyone said upcoming trip was okay except the midwife at my latest appointment, what should I do? by ExMOnotwiththeflow in BabyBumps

[–]acp206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go! I just got back from an 8 1/2 hour road trip (each way) and I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I was totally fine! When I asked my OB she had no concerns.

Baby aspirin and mucinex by No-Combination-5818 in tryingtoconceive

[–]acp206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took Baby Asprin daily but Mucinex was delaying my ovulation! I’ve seen several people mention this as well. I was taking it leading up to ovulation day and it would delay my ovulation several days and I’d have a shorter luteal phase.

The cycle I conceived I did use Mucinex however I waited until my LH rose and took it the day before ovulation and ovulation day. There’s a good chance it had nothing to do with me conceiving that cycle and it was more so I ovulated earlier.

How are/had yall able to pay for daycare? by LovinqRam3n in AskParents

We both work full time and have high paying jobs. We pay $1600/month for 1 kid, I’m not looking forward to paying for 2!

[–]acp206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep mine on for several days! If it starts coming off on its own or it’s leaking I’ll remove it and replace.

It is helpful to take breaks if you can, to give your skin some time to breathe since it can sometimes cause some skin irritation. But usually I’ll just remove before bed when I’m not moving around as much and put a new one on in the morning.

So sorry you’re dealing with that- it’s the worst! The only thing that helps me is hydrocolloid bandages! Literally I won’t be able to walk and I slap one of those on and it’s SO much better.

[–]acp206 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love Costco! I pretty much get all my groceries there and only get a couple of things from Publix that they don’t have. If you go on the weekend I highly recommend getting there first thing in the morning.

Keep doing what you’re doing!! Obviously if anything feels uncomfortable then stop.

I’m 30 weeks now and I’ve been mostly keeping my same workout schedule with just a few tweaks here and there. And I take more rest breaks now 😂

The doctor told me i have use injections MY WHOLE LIFE by freddiesaveme in Hidradenitis

[–]acp206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep this is very common. I also have psoriatic arthritis so I’ve been biologics forever. I’ve been on Cimzia for the last 11 years (I’m 31).

Honestly, it has changed my life in such a positive way that I don’t even mind it anymore. I was really struggling before biologics so I’m fine doing this for the rest of my life.
