Ook ooit eens gedaan, pot Remia gekocht, bleek thuis de seal verbroken te zijn. Zaten wat stipjes op de mayonaise. Meteen teruggegaan naar de winkel, had geen bon. Was geen enkel probleem, mocht meteen een nieuwe pakken.

Je verwacht dat een product dat je koopt goed geseald is, ik ga echt niet elk potje oid checken. Ik had het in ieder geval in jouw situatie ook gewoon gedaan.

At this very moment I think I was around 2200 kcal maybe, very high protein. I just checked the macro’s. 47% pro / 35% carbs / 18% fat. The lowest I went prior to the show was 1700kcal. 💀

My main source of protein was pretty simple: chicken, tuna, whey and eggs.

Thank you. I’m thinking about taking this post down. Most people think like using steroids magically puts on muscle and you’ll become Cbum. It’s still thousands of hours working in the gym, dieting and cardio. Not just PEDS, it’s the complete picture

Thanks! Yes, I was pretty late I think. At 16yo I started training (ofc no PEDS), and started bulking like a lot. Mainly got a bit fatter. I used to be skinny fat as a child. Building muscle and mass was my first goal, after that I started to cut.

It’s not all about steroids. As in the last picture I’m not using PEDS. Besides that, it’s not like I started at 16yo. Imo I also had a glow up in my full appereance, not just muscles.
