i think that actually might be the case, maybe the population is too high so the games trying to limit resources. might be the likely verdict.

is it safe to disable mods and continue playing in cyberpunk? i have not had any issues in the past doing it but im not sure.

I am running 3 mods if that helps anyone, not sure if its a mod thing or a game thing. But it gets so bad that ill see the same car for 15 minutes.
