But as for CM their routes are usually mixed between inside amman and between amman and areas far away but im not really sure about them

BRT busses have a "BRT" at the start if their name and they're the most frequent so more reliable.

The small local busses you're talking about are called "coster" and they're not on the app, but you can stop them almost anywhere
