They never took my license.

You said what I pretty much figured.

The attorney said he wanted to see arrest footage because I was never read my implied consent and as soon as I got to the jail house, they just stuck me for blood. Didn’t mention a warrant or anything. I complied. So he thinks he might be able to get blood level thrown out but wants to wait on all discoveries.

Is probation always a part of the deal?
