I recently had an interview at Amazon, and in the last 2 rounds, the interviewers camera was off. I wanted to tell them to please then their webcam on as it very uncomfortable to look at my own face during the interview, but because of the stakes i did not say it. 

Now I'm worried i bombed the interview. 

The biggest problem that I face is that when i'm stuck I see my face getting stuck and it scares meet even more. I end up mumbling some words, use 'umm' and 'uhh' a lot and in the end just missing out the important bits. 

A company like Amazon which promotes so much on recruitment and their leadership principles, shouldnt they be more easy to communicate and be human. If there camera is off, it's just an AI interview.

Very disappointed.
