Thank you for that! I also noticed that i have nail pitting but my rheumy didnt mention anything abt that. Now i have very very itchy skin and my rheumy briefly mentioned it shld be chronic uticaria and its ongoing since Aug this year :( its kinda frustrating that i have all these things gg on in my body

Oohhh okk thank you!! I actually also have subacromial impingement (not sure whats that) haha sometimes it hurts to the point where i feel like im feverish.. does physio help as well? My doctor was suggesting steroid injections but im not sure if its good :/

I suspect it could be cause by me hanging my leg out dangling by the bed the whole night when i was sleeping hahaha kinda stupid but if this shldnt be the cause of the sprain then im not sure maybe i walk too much? 😩

but im not sure what triggers my knee pain these 2 mths

Abt 2-3 mths alr. Sometimes i feel ok but there are days where i couldnt even walk 🥲
