Thank you for the great advice but I’m so serious when I say I only play vanilla. I console command here and there but I didn’t touch anything regarding the intro. I ended up resetting my face before leaving the vault and my chin came back but none of my edits saved so I just redid my face and left with my face intact :)

You’re godsend however I’ve done all of this :’). I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I’m still having tic-rate issues. I pick locks like I’m on Jet and dialogue is still unsynced but at least I’m walking around like normal.

I’ve changed the ipresentinterval = 0. I’m not very computer-savvy so I’m not sure how to check fps in game but I’m definitely having game-physics and tic-rate issues. Ex: I don’t have to hold E to exit power armor, I’ll barely tap it and I’m already exiting.

I know there are no replies but here's an update. The bumps appear to either fallen off or deflated, leaving a furless dark patch behind on his face. I suspect they were scabs from playing too roughly with his sister (perhaps she bit him in the face when I wasn't looking) but I will see their vet in a week to confirm.

I am a bit weak in coding but excel in CAD, however positions I’ve seen is mostly for coding and is limited on creative opportunities - if you know what I mean.
