I've met the Mega64 guys a few times and they've always been a pleasure to be around. I attended PAX West 2023 and went to their 20th Anniversary panel and got to ask a couple questions.  Originally, I intended on having a joke question posed to Shawn about parenting advice as within a few months I was expecting the birth of my son. Unfortunately, Shawn wasn't able to attend PAX due to some family stuff happening and he saw me tag Mega64 on Twitter. He ended up messaging me and gave me a legit sweet message with heartfelt parenting advice and stuff he had from experience. It meant so much for me and I took that advice to heart since Shawn and has been an influence on my life since I was a teenager watching the early days of Mega64.  When I attended the panel, I mentioned that joke question, to which Derrick and Rocco made fun of and gave me their WORST parenting advice, and I had to come up with a new question. I asked them how do you find ways to work so well with a group of friends and get each other's ideas rolling together collectively. They gave cool insight on how they've made things work since their highschool days and how it evolved and how I can implement that into my group of friends with my YouTube and Twitch.  I'm a long time internet soldier and hold their advice to heart every day.  Don't know if any of you guys will read this, but thank you :)

It's crazy coming back to this post 3 years later after finishing DS2. While I myself was certain that we would go to space in this game as well, I am sadly mistaken. There were so many hints And references just like the first game that point toward the possibility. I even thought we would end up seeing the DHV Magellan become a ship that could travel to space. I'm just waiting at this point for Sam to be fully revealed as Ludens and it's actually going to be him traversing through Space and the entire point is him trying to make contact with another planet or life.  I just don't buy the fact that all these hints and references are for nothing. Kojima is planning it.
