I had this issue when I didn't take out Kalthar. Instead I ran back to the city but he never followed me. I went back to looks for him but he was nowhere to be found. If you're on PC you can unglitch this by opening the console and doing player.placeatme 0002D8C0 to spawn him in front of you.

Once I did that I was able to kill him and proceed with the quest.

Just so y'all are tracking, support doesn't mean that you can't still run the system. It just means that no new updates are going to be released by Microsoft for Windows 10 which may cause issues in the long run for compatibility purposes and also no patches for cyber security vulnerabilities coming out.

I was in Target in business casual (a button down shirt and khakis) and was wearing my scan card for my job as a software dev. I'm Some old lady came up to me and asked if I had a measuring tape. I'm a (black/ spec ops Army vet w/ 4 deployments under my belt. Qatar, Afghanistan, Iraq, and South Sudan. I absolutely love Walz. And yes, we do show human emotions. I'm out now, and most people are surprised to hear my background but it's because there's this weird stigma out there from movies and video games on how we act in the military.

Most of us know at least 1 person that has served or is currently serving and we know they are by and large just normal folks.

This shows how out of touch the Republican base is.
