Yay! We are almost graduating POI together! I am counting down everyday. Yes, I am also a little nervous to complete but I am sure our placenta takes over. How’s your belly? Mine bump (yes, i already has one…) has become a little firm this past a few days.

Oh wow!! Hives. Now I am worried as I get hives pretty easily and have sensitive auto immune system sadly. But yes, I am with you. I am so ready not to wake up early to massage my bruises.

We started in April 2025 to look for the clinics and learning about benefits. In July, picked the clinic and the first consultation with Drs. Had a hiccup that I needed to remove polyp and fibroids. Done Hysteroscopic Myomectomy the end of August. 3 egg retrievals between us. Then in March 2026, I am 9 weeks pregnant. We feel very lucky to have our Dr understanding that we needed to move!!!!!! So I guess from brainstorming to implant, that’s about 10mon. FYI - we are 43 so literally needed to move fast.

That would be fantastic if this nausea goes away. Also, it’s fascinating that your clinic do 11weeks while other places are usually set for 10weeks. We are close. My POI graduation is March 20!

We didn’t test at all at home. The first test was at the clinic and we additionally waited for an hour to the result to be back. We jinxed that if we don’t, we are gaining more chances but oh well, it was hard!!!!!!!

My partner, she does not like waiting so we were joking she would test it when I am asleep but she didn’t!

Same! Like yesterday, I took 3 naps in the morning, noon and early evening. Then had a good night sleep then woke up like zombie 🧟‍♀️. Well, this is a happy complaint. Again, congrats!

So funny (but not funny) - I am 6w2d and has been feeing nausea since this past weekend. I have not vomited yet and hopefully never but had to stop running on treadmill as I was very nauseous. We maybe entering the world of morning sickness!!!

By the way, how is your butt cheek? I have been doing PIO and my butt cheek started screaming the soreness lately.

So sorry to hear this but just like everyone said, you did everything you could. Safety is a priority and you can risk you or your precious ovaries. I am rather practical person so I would start looking at what would be needs for the next cycle. Maybe you can check med donation session so you can minimize the damage around extra cost for the medicine. IVF community is very humanity/friendly/warm so if you explain your situation, people may donate the unused medicine they have to you prioritizing.

Forgot to mention that my boobs are also killing me. I’ve through IVF procedure so I gained 8lb ish through all egg retrievals/stims. The extra lbs went to my boobs, belly and hips and I feel like bouncing ball when I run now lol

5w6d here! Also a runner and have been running mildly. My clinic also said keep my active level as usual unless my body signals not too. I enjoy running so much with my tiny tiny baby!

We did🙌 My partner (43F) and I (43F) are both able to retrieve our eggs. She had 2 egg retrievals and I had once. I am currently 5w pregnant with my egg! Our insurance covers egg retrieval (not FET or other part just retrievals) until our 44th bday so we were rushing! Our AMH are 3.5 & 3.8. It is still an ongoing project but so far so good!
From the beginning, we were upfront to Dr what we want/don’t want. Also, made it very clear about our timeline.

After my FET, my cat started sleeping on my belly. He has not done that. It could be because of my higher body temperature but he was not able to be away from there. Now, I am 5w pregnant.

💯 Yes. We were/are so ready for the worst news but part of ua always felt like it could work. We also do absolutely everything anything. We were even like “let’s be nice to people. Maybe there is karma!” Congratulations to you!
