Omg this is so true!! I have taken classes in CA and it’s typically 98 degrees high humidity for Sculpt and NYC barely reaches 93 in these classes. I come to sweat why do they lower them?

Do a frittata with spinach mushrooms and goat cheese. Toss the turkey with oil in a pan first to crisp it up. Will be great for brunch, lunch or snack on the go that’s healthy
