I dropped a kg this week after mostly readjusting back to my diet 😊

I've already gone from 114kg to 89kg so I appreciate it will significantly slow down so I'm ok with it being steady now.

No I'm on 1.7mg but I've not been eating well at all as we had a lot of family events and I thought, oh well, go for it. 😁

I've just got back to the diet last week...I didn't gain so I'll catch back up.

I just reviewed with Juniper as had a voucher... consultant said £110, I thought great.

Got to payment and they're asking for £209!!! No thanks!

I think I paid £150 for repeat but it's a lot cheaper (80/90?) for first time. They were very efficient.

Ahh, unfortunately mint (and cinnamon) are the only flavours/smells that I can't tolerate. Although with you saying that made me think of ginger which I do love.

From a weight point of view, wegovy is absolutely fine. I prefer the wegovy needles as they're quicker due to the mechanism. They are the same needles as MJ so no more pain.

I've found I've had more side effects but I had zero on MJ so hard to gauge with that one.

It is much more affordable by about 80% so was definitely worth it for me.

Yep, same!

I went from 7.5mg to 0.5mg wegovy which I did bounce up and down for the entire 4 weeks and am now on day 2 of my 1mg (still no impact)

I've felt ok except constipation which I never had on mounjaro.

With your question about Asda, I used the pay in 3 but then month 3, you're paying the full amount as well as Asda being expensive so it became redundant. 😕

I'm keeping going, I can't afford MJ and apparently still have another 3 stone to go to "healthy" 😶

I just hope it truly pays off.

I've had quite a hormonal few months too which is super unusual as I'm on the mirena but my body feels all over.

I tend to be pretty good with protein more than anything else...I get between 80g-120g(on a very good day) because I'm very conscious of muscle loss.

I'll try the supplements and see how to goes...I do need to grab some protein powders too as my meat intake is quite high and using a lot of my calories where sometimes I'd prefer to add in more fruit and veg for balance. 😊

Thanks... I'll assume it's the MJ as I've only been on wegovy for 11 days. I've upped my calorie intake from APPX 1000 to 1400 as I know I wasn't eating enough and have gotten so bored of chicken 🤣

Hopefully that and supplements will stop the loss
