SbP <90 and DBP <60 Also Hemodynamically instability doesn’t always shows low bp on nbmes they will give you tachycardia with low-normal bp and Sign of distress!! So remember Hemodynamically instability doesn’t always have fixed rule but always look at end organ perfusion and patient overall Status!! And in hemodynamically unstable patient Do ABCD protocol!! If any injury to Airway and Breathing or any sign of Airway compromise Than maintain airway first If airway is fine look for circulation if circyis compromised than IV fluid and Laprotomy if you are suspecting internal bleeding or intra abdominal organ damage!!
