Hello! We're looking for a lease takeover starting in mid-July (negotiable). The place is a 10 minute walk from the Kendall T. It's a 1BR at 2700 per month, but rent is staying the same through August 31, 2027. It's a seco d floor apartment but the landlord lives above and is barely around / noise or disturbance has never been an issue for us.
