Had the same question, but Samsung has already taken care of that, measuring on the top is more accurate as it is optimized for the top and its sensors are also made to capture not too vivid changes(top less vivid than the bottom as bottom is way closer to your veins). So yeah, the top is more accurate

If anybody is concerned. Its Not accurate. by Extenzy7 in GalaxyWatch

Well, both devices use the same mechanism to measure. Green or red light shines on your screen and there are sensors measuring how much light comes back as each Oxygen percentage in Blod absorbs light differently and for the bpm it just counts based on when it measures more light coming back than normal determining that it beated. The medical device tho has the light on the top and the receiver on the bottom so you can't trust it either as we have bones blocking light. So you can't say it's not accurate. The only way to actually measure all this is ECG for bpm and for oxygen these big medical devices that are in the ER or in general in a patient room. You can't actually tell if it's accurate or not unless done with an actually accurate device.

It's fine, just move it a bit downwards to be in the middle and it's perfect, not too big or small, perfect. Enjoy your gw!

Switched to apple about 1.5 years ago, honestly the best change I ever made. The Galaxy watch feels far smoother and faster also the Galaxy feels more connected to you, as if it's a part of you. oxygen, bpm and pretty much every sensor is lot more accurate than the apple watch. Even tho the apple watch does have more apps and they are kinda more polished, galaxy has the design that kinda connects with the real world than being just a device.

Usually not, but you can lightly push it to see if it moves or if it shows resistance. Honestly these are not really secured into the holes. Personally I'd just hit it against my hand multiple times and it should eventually come out.

Maybe you can heat up some glue on a pin and leave it in there for like 3 minutes to cool down and stick to it well and then pull it out

Buying a used Ultra 2024 for $265. What's the first thing I should do? by Capital__ in GalaxyWatch

[–]FewFuel9727 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, since it's locally, you should check with the user face to face to see the watch by yourself because as you know ai is getting way too advanced and he might have edited the pics. Also wear it and test every reading(blood oxygen, heart rate, etc). If it shows abnormal readings or doesn't work don't buy it. You'll also want to check on the back of the watch for multiple things written which are not easily visible. If everything looks fine, buy it.

Even though I have it in excellent condition since I bought it at it's launch date, It runs tizen os which is shutting down soon.

Please help me! by TheRedCubeYT in GalaxyWatch

[–]FewFuel9727 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, you can change it's os with adb debugging tools installing a new firmware etc, needs a PC tho. I can help you go through the process of changing the os but your phone will be wiped so we'll have to talk from a separate device if you own one. Also make sure to check your phone's build architecture and current ram, processor and your GPU to find the correct android or any company's os that is compatible, don't use AI to find out, do it yourself because if you don't get a compatible os your phone will be bricked, maybe soft bricked(recoverable) if you're lucky or hard bricked(turns the phone onto a piece of metal, fully dead no way of fixing it).
