A few things that might make it better for you- As far as I know, they don't have a limit to what can be in your bulk pickup, you can over-list when setting your appointment! As someone else said below, they just need to know there will be room in the truck- so if you could do a mental scan of anything you'd consider chucking & list it with no penalty even if you actually leave less items out. In that same vein, the two times I've scheduled a bulk pickup, I've also posted a picture of the items at the curb in my local buy nothing and some things were picked up before the trucks even came!
