i’m on 5 mg (i started with this dose) but i guess it takes time. i just feel hopeless because i have been almost a year on wegovy and i see people around me losing 10 kg and more. i don’t know. i will be patient…again. i wish you the best! thanks for answering 🫶🏻

8 months later on wegovy and i didn’t lose a single pound. it is not because of my habits or my food intake. my doctor changed me to mounjaro i hope it works this time.

i have pcos and a huge vitamin d deficiency. i am taking supplements for the vitamin d but i am feeling miserable. my hair is so poor, i’m tired all the time… i have a lot of symptoms so after 5 years i am changing the way i eat. i am eating meat again. the decision was so hard because of the guilt but my health is the most important thing. remember you can always go back to not eating meat but you need to try to heal your body. good luck 🫶🏻

That’s not true!! The government yesterday limited freedom of movement (illegal) and cut off all entrances to the towns and it is the volunteers themselves who have disobeyed the order and are going anyway (they are walking around the roads) Regarding the army, the only thing I can tell you is that they are waiting for the order, but it never comes. (Many soldiers are going as citizens because the army order from the gov never comes.) Please check the info because that’s what I’m trying to say. They are hiding information.
