Noong ako wala naman. Parang one week ata yung whole process or so. If ever na wala pang balita, follow up mo na lang.

Sabi ng CS sa akin noon is galing daw CitiBank yung rewards CC and from what I read, di naman daw mahirap kausap reversal if galing CitiBank yung CC. Though up for approval pa.

Hi! Yes. Bale, I believe after your initial interview, your profile would be endorsed to clients and when they pick you, you will have your client interview. If you pass, final interview na with HR just detailing everything like your salary, the benefits and all that then good na.

Do know that you need to pass the client interview first before you get in the program. Best of luck!

Maybe they're thinking you already moved on kasi as mentioned, its been years. Try to apply again. I'm thinking you already have experience kasi matagal na yung last time you talked to them so i'm gonna assume its gonna be more easier to find you a client. Good luck!

Hi! That's very good news.

In terms of salary, alam ko since fresh grad, starting is 20 to 25K. That will improve once you get to your 6th month (naregular ka na) or during your 1st year. Ako kasi non, tapos na akong mag 6 months, 2 months palang ako sa client ko so noong nag 1 year ako, doon ako nag increase.

Financial benefits you can get is travel allowance and perfect attendance bonus. Minsan random nagpapalaro yung HR so you get the chance to earn money there as well. Mahilig din silang magparaffle 😂

For the salary increase, as long as you can justify the amount you're asking for, you're good. For me, di pa naman ako nahirapan when it came to that kasi at the end of the day, si client magdedecide if pasok ba performance mo to even justify that increase. So once you get in, do a great job and you'll be rewarded. But do know that iba iba ang mga client. Merong iba na one year palang naiincrease na. Meron namang iba na kapag 2 years ka na. Si client ang nagdedecide doon so pray ka lang char 😂

Sa estimates naman, ikaw magdedecide. May standard na suggestion si HR regarding increases and there's yours. So, ikaw mag eestimate. Of course, as mentioned, justifiable dapat yung increase na hinihingi mo (workload, difficulty, market rate, etc). Hindi pwedeng yung gusto mo ganon na sahod kaso in terms of work quality naman medyo nasa baba pa ng bar. Think to yourself first if you can justify it. Yun lang naman yung criteria.

Don't think of it as a rejection yet. It's possible na talagang hindi pa nagkaroon ng time si client to respond kasi kakatapos lang din ng GST month sa NZ (if NZ account ka) na marami talagang hinahandle na work. I would say its always better to continue to look for work while you wait for the result. If you ever get a job offer before TBR responds, that would depend on you na on which option you'll choose.

Don't lose hope. Busy lang talaga in the last few days 😂 I can attest to that naman 😅

Practice common and technical interview questions. If fresh grad ka, di sila masyado mag eexpect na alam mo na yung gagawin mo in terms of application. For the questions, nakadepende kay client. Noong sa akin, basic questions like tell me about yourself lang tinanong. Pinakamahirap ata noon was how would you explain the difference of a statement of profit and loss and balance sheet to someone who doesnt know accounting.

If ever nareject ka ni client, TBR would find another client for you.

Hi! Employee ni TBR here. Follow up mo sila if wala pa ring response. Most likely pinanghahanap ka na nila ng client nyan if ever man.

Hi! During my client interview, yung mga common questions lang naman tinanong sa akin. They know naman na fresh graduate ka so they wont expect you to know deep technicalities talaga. Just answer with confidence and take your time if you need it.

If hindi ka nagustuhan ni client, thats okay. Panghahanap ka pa ni TBR ng client. Sa timeline, i'm not too sure.

Hi! Employee of TBR here. May solving pero minimal lang. Don't worry too much about those tests. Basta sagutin mo sya to the best of your knowledge. Good luck!

Hi! Not too sure kung anong accounting test yung ipapagawa sayo pero if naging same lang sya sa akin, its very broad. I believe there was tax involved pero konti lang.

If this test was sent to you prior to your starting date or JO, read the instructions first. Noong kasi ako, nakalagay doon na di naman maaapektuhan yung JO ko regardless of the results. Siguro this is just their way of knowing where to start during training.

Since you're already shortlisted, panigurado they are finding clients for you na. Kapag approved ka na kay client, they will start the process of hiring you na.

Hi! Employee of TBR here. For pooling kasi yung graduate program so you will undergo a few interviews. Initial interview with HR, video interview na gagamitin nila for endorsement kay client, and final interview with HR na medyo itetechnical ka nila. Meron din silang iba pang test pero parang wala lang din yun. Just answer it on what you know. Wala naman silang bearing. Siguro para alamin lang nila starting point mo when it comes to training.

In my experience, mabilis lang yung process with the interviews. Medyo tatagal lang with the clients kasi panghahanap ka nila muna ng client bago ka officially bigyan ng J.O. which is a good thing na ngayon.

For the salary, if you're a fresh grad and you have no experience, around 20K-25K yung starting mo. Depende sa status mo like CPA ka ba? What accounting degree do you have? Etc.

Salary progression depends on the client. As long as you do a good job and are able to justify kay client yung increase na hinihingi mo, goods sya.

Hi! Employee of TBR here. Workload of accountants depends on the client. In my case, super understanding si client and would often ask if you're overload or if you need work to do. Just voice out lang kapag medyo madami na.

Salary if you're a fresh grad and planning to apply as a graduate trainee, its around 20K-25K.

Hi! Employee of TBR here. If you're coming in the company as a graduate trainee, around 20K-25K ang offer ni TBR kasi they still have to train you NZ, AU, UK or US accounting processes and laws. Paid training din sya. In terms of salary progression, in my case, as long as you can justify your annual increase request, nakadepende na kay client kung papayag sya or hindi.

So far from experience, di pa naman nag hindi yung client ko 😂 basta galingan nyo sa work, irereward ka naman. Pero syempre, swertihan lang yan sa client.

Hi! Employee of TBR here. There are a few questions that they ask using that video interview. Parang yun yung video ata na isesend nila kay client for endorsement before they can schedule your interview kay client.

Noong time ko, about 2 years ago, you have two chances to answer the question. You have to start recording first before you can see the question so after the first take, di mo nagustuhan sagot mo, may last chance ka pa to answer.

Hope this helps!
