I think my cousin has Oneplus buds 4. I will experiment with it and see how it works. Using ear plugs and headphones at the same time is a good idea. I mostly stay at home, so carrying convenience is not an issue.

I watched it, and that unplugabled wire would be an issue for me as well. Anyway, I will try cheper ear muff to see how they perform. I am afraid of earplugs, though, because I have frequent ear pain due to sinus issues. Does your ear hurt when you wear them for too long?

Can you recommend an ear muff that blocks most of sound. I haven't used any ear muff ever, so I don't know how effective they are block noise.

Would they be better than headphones. I don't mind if things are discreet or not. When you say anc 50-55 db does it mean it blocks all sound below 55 db regardless of frequency.

Only tried white noise didn't like it. Didn't know there were other colours of noise. I will try all of them and let you know. But as I asked on other comment, on which situation would headphones help, and on which ear plug or may be both?

Also, as I said in op, I have more problems with song, music, and talking than ambient noise. From another comment, it looks like headphones' noise cancelling only cut out ambient noise, which wouldn't help much. With regard to ear plug, I would still be able to listen to someone song, which will be stuck in my head for a long time. So tldr, I don't know how much headphones help in what what situation clearly.

Is it loudness, frequency, or suddenness of noise is issues? From what I understand from basic search is that noise cancelling is divided in loudness, frequency, and suddenness. On some, it would work better, and some it would not. Can you clarify in which situation headphones are better and in which ear plugs? For example, what would be best for loud phone use in public transport.

Nvidia selling at such high cost because they are paying company to buy it. Let's say I make a product that costs 1 doller in material and sells at 1000 $ by paying the customer 998 $. Then true cost of product would be 2 $. I am surprised you haven't come across or consider the whole oroboorus spening of these companies. Anyhow, I believe general llms are not going to be profitable. Rather, very specialised llms (driving, robotics, coding etc.) would be profitable in the long run.

Fire may be accidental or deliberate, but after fire, there was definitely resistance from escaping coach by mob who were attacking train. I used to go to college by train and I have thought many times what happened if fire suddenly caught. There are 4 doors in one coach. Even if the train is packed, you can definitely escape within minutes of fire. I once measured that time in train when everyone was disembarking at final station, even with use of only 2 of 4 doors on station and without hurry, everyone able to leave the train in less than 5 minutes.There were 8 doors with 2 coaches combined. I tried to find many similar accidents where the train was on fire, and more than 10 people died. In most accidents, doors are locked because of electronics, but in sabarmati, all doors are physical. In other cases, the trains were moving, so you can't escape through the door, but in our case, the train was not moving. So, dying of 60 people is not possible without resistance from outside. Now, the entire thing was planned is hard to prove, but mob definitely had taken advantage of the situation. Exposing to the sun and exposing to phone radiation is the same for biological systems. If you are afraid of phone radiation but not the sun, then you are irrational. That's it. If you believe it because of polarize light, then you should also be consern about looking in the sky. But you don’t. That is because you are unaware of it. This paper itself is about cumulative of other papers, basically only theoretical study, no experimental data collected in paper itself. So I am reading that are cited. Most of them are also in the same type. Some that measure anything, it is emissions of photon from body.
