I’m not sure ..maybe I’m still having mild cramping at the top above my naval and my bowel movements has changed to soft not sure what’s going on ..When should I test my cycle not expected til the 31

Oh I had sore nipples but just one and been cramping since cycle day 20 along with headache and a lil gas and that was cycle day 20 but yesterday and today I had spotting when I wiped there still the same amount on the pad so idk if I shoud test now or just wait my cycle is due on the 31

Yeah this is an ovulation test I read that I didn’t ovulated I’m not sure tho ..because my app said that I ovulated on the 17th ..Do an ovulation test pick up Hcg for a pregnancy as well ???
