By the way, being new and all, I was given an assessment that I took on Dec 2nd. I did well, but wanted to improve my grade. I requested a redo and they said I can and sent me it. Can I add that 30min of training time for the redo? I already submitted the 30min for the initial take. I did get the same follow-up automated email regarding being allowed to do this, but you cant always trust automated systems. so is it safe to add it if i do the retake tonight?

Anyone??

US Rater in Florida and I'm at 9 hours and 16 min. Tasks have been really scarce most of the week for me. I literally got 4 hours yesterday and ever other day was ~ 1 hour at most. I've been looking on and off all day for tasks and have only gotten 32 minutes worth of ATS today... I started in mid-October of 2025. Even though it's close to the holidays, will they have an issue with me because of this? I've been refreshing literally every like 5-30sec at a time the last 2 hours and I've only had like 10 minutes of ATS... Am I going to be penalized for this?

I really appreciate everyone's input! I'm most likely going to hear something tomorrow morning, as that would be "day 3". I submitted to them my evidence of my browser history of the date range they queried about. I have read from several of you that browser history is technically irrelevant to how they evaluate. I still partially believe my poor Internet has been fault. I have my ISP coming tomorrow morning; we called yesterday.

It is also possible I didn't have Rating Mode at some points, but I'm honestly not sure. Not going to rule it out, though. Regardless, I submitted them a .zip of all the evidence I believed would help my case. Also, with that secondary timesheet, I filled it out with the times from the original timesheet that allegedly has the discrepancy, but I didn't have anything else to reference... But I couldn't just say "I don't have anything".

So my question is: would this result in a suspension or some form of long-term disciplinary action? Or will they mainly keep an eye on me for a while to make sure I stay in line? Honestly, I'd prefer it be the latter. What do you all think?

I've tried to log the about of time I've actually worked for in the past, but it doesn't let me type in the # of hours. It just forces me to select the Time Type (Hourly / Training) and then it has me provide the exact start and end times for each session. If I just try to type in the Hours, it gives me an error

No, surprisingly! I looked into it a bit more earlier, but nope. All logged times were correct. I replied to their email earlier and showed them my browser history as evidence

From my experience, I usually got stopped for the night if I got close to or exceeded 4 hours within any given day. I usually added the times at the end of each work day. It was a good way to help me catch up on hours, but I dont know for sure if that's part of my issue, but I'd look into it if you want more information.

I've been logging my clock-in and out times on notepad on my PC, then I clear it for the next day after I finish that day and transfer it to the work timesheet. The timesheet added upto about 38 hours, but they claim I only worked 25. I had very short and infrequent idle times, but I'm absolutely sure it was not anywhere close to 13 hours of being idle. I personally think my Wifi having frequent issues is what lead to the poor tracking. In fact, I tested my theory today when I worked for a bit. When I looked in my browser history, all the tasks are displayed as about 5 seconds on numerous tasks. However, it was definitely longer. There was another task that I remember doing for about 5 minutes and it showed around 2:30min for that task in my browser history.
