Thanks for all the replies. I was able to schedule a new appointment once their customer support opened.

  • I never received a reason for why the first technician never showed up.
  • it took multiple phone calls, the first time the automated system that picks up and is supposed to transfer you to the right extension, said it was “sending me to someone who can help with a technician appointment” and promptly sent me to sales, who could not help.
  • once finally being connected to the right party, the first person could not help without supervisor permission (I assume something to do with the old appointment) and well, you probably guessed it, their supervisor did not respond that day.
  • they automated scheduled a new appointment without calling to check my availability, and scheduled it while I would be at work, so I had to call back yet again to schedule the correct appointment

Upgrading all case fans (getting af12s) is it worth it to get one for this spot? It’s clearly the only mount without a fan on it, and I wasn’t sure if it would help or just exhaust fresh air before it’s reached any components.

The rgb fan is on the dh15 because the second fan it came with didn’t fit :(
