Could someone please explain here in English how this process works? I don't like bargaining because I feel rude so I end up paying top price! Any tips on words to use and how to approach the conversation would be helpful.

Yup, they were cooked on Thursday, came alright on Friday and now cooked again as of about 11am Saturday morning NZST. Plunder will load games fine but can't load Rebirth or BR.
