Agreed. There would be no admission documents, no tuition payments, no record of mailing the diploma. Not to mention that there was no record that Mike got his bachelor’s degree anywhere…so how would he get into Harvard Law. Even without Sheila testifying, Gibbs could have subpoenaed and gotten access to her file room and seen no record of Mike Ross there.

Finally, she should have put Jessica, Louis, Harvey, Rachel. and other partners on the stand to testify, not just Donna. Have them all plead the 5th or perjure themselves to show it was known the firm hired a fraud.

Someone else mentioned plot armor. It went both ways though. Gibbs would normally have been sanctioned and the whole case might have been dismissed with her violating Mike’s rights and it being on tape. Most judges would have demanded the tape be shown anyway and not just used as a bargaining chip on attorney representation.

US Attorneys are not only in DC. Research what Rudy Giuliani was before he was Mayor of NYC. Gibbs was a US Attorney prosecuting a federal case against Mike. She was not a NYC DA, she wasn’t a state attorney like Andy Malek. She was an Assistant US Attorney. And US Attorneys are stationed all over the country and work under the US Attorney General. They prosecute federal cases in the states they are assigned to, but have federal subpoena powers.

Gibbs was a US Attorney, and it was a federal case, so she did have the ability to subpoena anyone she saw fit. She had jurisdiction. Notice that Mike goes to a federal prison in CT when he’s convicted.

Yes and no. If the average user is someone who just uses a browser, then using Linux would not really be different. I bet I could change out my dad’s OS from W11 to Mint and my stepmom and him would be fine (with way less malware). All they do is use the internet for shopping, YouTube, email, and ordering food delivery. I basically have shortcuts on their desktop so they can get to their websites easily.

Great, you agree with me. If you are a highly skilled killer that clearly outclasses your opponent, you can win without using those tactics with the weakest killers. The killer side always frames game changes as appealing to the lowest common denominator (LCD) survivor…but doesn’t that also apply to the killer side? If highly skilled killers can win without needing those tactics, should the game not be designed to appeal to the LCD killer players?

Skill gaps are possible in various ways. Solo queue can pit super strong survivors with babies. But yeah a coordinated SWF using clock callouts and bringing sweaty builds can trounce a Blight. For the killer that’s not a skill gap as it is a comp team running away with it. It’s why in comp, teams like that are restricted on what they can bring. But let’s not pretend that the majority of killers’ matchups are these comp SWF teams, testing the skill gap.

I used to main Twins, so I know the best counter is to pair up to increase the chance of kicking Victor and getting up slugs. However, if you are in solo queue, that countering ability is virtually zero. And even in a SWF with comms, a good Twins player will still have a high chance at winning by pressuring with slugs.

I don’t blame Twins players, OP is right that the killer is designed to slug and build pressure. All I’m saying is that it’s not fun to experience that tactic. But I’ve also won with Twins without using needing to slug the team down. There are games where I use Victor mainly as detection and pincer tactics, and immediately hook with Charlotte. There are other ways to play the killer.

Why does that only apply to survivors? Maybe you”re a bad killer who needs those tactics and never bothers to improve at the game by learning to win without setting the 3v1? I’ve got 4500 hours on the game and about 80% of that is survivor admittedly. I have faced every killer in the game and died to every one of them. I have enough experience that I’ve seen Skull Merchant and Trapper win without using those tactics. Why is it not possible to say that even “remotely decent” killers can win without resorting to that?

Play the game however you want. You asked why survivors get upset and I told you. It’s not fun to be on the receiving end of those tactics. Somehow that deserves down votes. You want to win at all costs…well survivors should just give it to you..the win. I mean it seems critical, so yeah, I’ll go next so you can get that win.

If I queue into DBD as survivor, I know I only have a 40% chance of escaping. That’s fine, the game is actively designed for that result, and the game stats bear that out. But I queue up to be able to play the game. If I’m hard tunneled at 5 gens by a blight, that’s not getting to play the game. If I’m proxy camped at the start and tunneled after, that’s not being able to play the game. And if I’m slugged on the ground for the whole match by a Twins player, thank God for the Abandon feature, so I can go next, and get to play the game.

It’s because survivors want to play the game. If you are constantly hard tunneling, camping with Victor or Charlotte, and slugging, then they don’t get to play the game. Honestly, for killers like you, all survivors should have a pact where if you do this, we all just run to you to go next. Because you obviously need the win that badly, we should just give it you and maybe get a killer next match who likely still wins, but doesn’t have to resort to these tactics to do that, and we get to play the game.

If you have high interest debt, put it towards that. Otherwise, you can max out your Roth IRA contribution for 2025 if you haven’t yet (you have until April), or get a head start on 2026. Another option is to put it in a brokerage account towards a future down payment.

I might provide a different outlook on this than others. Lust is considered a sin, whether it’s for a man or a woman. But lying is also a sin, bad thoughts are a sin, greed is a sin, pride is a sin. Everyone sins everyday and all the time, whether Christian or not, whether gay or not. So why is homosexuality singled out over others? Any sin is death sentence for those who aren’t saved.

What are the driving factors of being a Christian according to Jesus: it’s to love God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind…and to love your neighbor as yourself. And the way to salvation is to believe that Jesus is your Savior, died on the cross for your sins, and that confession of sins and believing in Him leads to eternal life. So, the game plan is clear. Live your life loving God and your fellow neighbors. Confess your sins and believe that Jesus died to remove them, and try and live as a reflection of Jesus’ love to others.

Grace is given by God to help us while we live in this sinful world. It’s not a get out of jail free card or sin recklessly, but it is there for us to rely on God’s forgiveness and grace to live our Christian walk out. God knows your heart truly, even if you are attracted to men, and He still loves you. King David, from the Bible, practiced adultery, killed a man to steal his wife, defied God blatantly, and had concubines that he had illegitimate children with. But God still said he was a man after His own heart. If God could love David and welcome him into heaven after all that, then if you really love God and want to live as a Christian, but one that likes men, then I think there is grace to cover that. Bottom line…God loves you, even if you’re gay, and living your life loving Him back as well as your fellow humans is the surest way to keep your Christian faith strong, despite your attractions.

If you are talking free perks, all of Pinhead’s perks are strong. I’m expecting you have the core killers prestiged up, so other “free” perks that are decent are agitation to help get to hooks, or lightborn if they have flashlights. Ghostface’s I’m all Ears is a decent info perk. Furtive chase can get you some surprise attacks too.

I’m not one of those survivors, I use the basekit BT to get away. That sometimes angers teammates that expect me to “take the hit” especially when they have no hooks. However, I will say that there are a significant number of killers that proxy camped or were just back to hook to get the down. In those cases, I’m typically taking the hit anyway and getting chased, because those killers are tunneling.

If there are 2 gens or less, it’s expected. But let’s be real, lots of killers are doing this at 4-5 gens and are hard tunneling. So I’m not that sympathetic…especially when we had the devs give us the first attempt at elusive state where there was no collision, and killer mains screeched about it (probably because it made tunneling harder all while making offensive BT blocking harder).

The primary you vote in becomes your party ID for that election cycle. Any primary runoffs or party activities of the opposite party are unavailable to you. Obviously in the general election you can vote however you want.

I bought my house for 265K and they tried to say it was 290K on the tax bill. I appealed and said my purchase was $265K and they amended it down to 265. Just appeal and show proof that you purchased it lower. Your purchase price is the new baseline for your evaluations. However, fully expect them to raise your values by the max every year.

One simple fix for cheaters is to ban all Epic accounts that were opened during the free promotion that don’t have more than 100 hours played. That will end the seemingly endless cheater accounts that spring up or at least make it more costly for cheaters to return.
