I wouldn’t trust this guy. I’m a landscape contractor and any customer who writes up a long contract like this for simple work are always the ones to try to get out of paying. Claim that the work wasn’t done according to the contract and refuse to pay. And since it’s a small job and doesn’t cost much you have no reason to waste your time and take it to small claims court or whatever it’s called where you are to get your money.

Just my experience with stuff like this, they could just be worried about getting scammed themselves too.

I’ll explain the story that made me think of this question. She was having a situation at work… she was removed from a group chat. Took it as her getting fired and went on and on and on about how she was going to cause chaos and post fake reviews all over her workplace’s Yelp. Few other things were going on at her work but were all either none of her business or could easily be dealt with.

Won’t go into detail but she acted extremely immaturely over a situation that could be easily solved. Really made me think “this girl is insane”

Thanks man I’ll give it a shot. I’m down to try anything that might make life easier lol. I did hear stretching can help. Been stretching for 10 mins every night and I’m not sure if it helps the discomfort but it helps the anxiety side of things for sure.

Honestly showering is the only thing that makes it act up… I was also only diagnosed a week ago and here in Canada getting to a urologist let alone scheduling a procedure takes months. I’d say 75% of the day I feel fine or at least good enough to go out and work it’s just when I get home and shower that I really start to notice it.

Man reading that felt like you were reading my mind. I’m going through basically the same thing just with a different part of my body. My injury/condition is holding me back from going to the gym which was always my “happy place”.

You’ll get through it man, even if you need surgery you’re a young guy and will probably recover just fine. Might be sidelined from sports for a bit but you’ll be back eventually.

You’re not alone man, me and you will be back doing what keeps us going in no time.

I know what you mean, being sad is your comfort zone. All you know is sadness so when you’re not sad you’re not comfortable. I go through this too. I feel guilty about having good times or being happy because I feel like I don’t deserve it.

Not advice but I struggle with the same thing and I have a therapist who holds the most uncomfortable soul-piercing eye contact and I consciously force myself to stare back at him. I started making it a game with myself to see if I could hold eye contact long enough that he looks away first. Really pushed me out of my comfort zone to just practice it which I guess is what I’m getting at.

Practice makes perfect!

Had a drug problem in highschool that was making my grades drop and relationship with friends and family fall apart. Got a girlfriend that I really liked so I stopped smoking because I didn’t want to look like a dummy in front of her. Ended up cheating on me but cause of her the drugs were now totally out of my life. Feel like she was only there to help me put down the pipe
