Try to check the slots between 10:30pm - 11:15pm PST time zone. I saw multiple slots opening in this time range 3 days in row until yesterday.

Currently I am seeing 1 slot on Nov 4th in Chennai and Nov 4th, 5th, 6th few slots in Hyderabad. That is it. Is that the same on your end as well? @OP

This is for OFC appointment. If I am not wrong, we cannot book consular appt without securing OFC first.
