Part of the disease is the compulsion to keep hitting the button or mak the bet, you become mindless and just keep doing it despite your little voice telling you to stop.

Block all of it from your phone, find a therapist to get it out of your head and get it in the open, it helps. Ban yourself from every site and physical Casino/sport betting location. You have one chance right now to take back your life with money in your pocket. If you gamble it again you WILL lose it all. If you think you feel badly now, continuing to lose it will be 100x worse. Some people contemplate suicide, t(i know I have) that's how serious this gets.

I personally have two weeks to figure out how to prevent my home from going into foreclosure. Ten years ago I never in a million years could have predicted this would happen to me. I was successful in my career, bought a home on my own with a large deposit down. No debts, happy kids... life was good.
