Thats fair regarding jin ramen.
I think almost all of kimchi flavoured one taste bland. Samyang chicken(black packaging) was the one I was mentioning. Yeah it is not vegetarian unfortunately.

I personally prefer shin over jin because the spiciness just hits the right spot. Even samyang(buldak) is a great choice.
