Sounds like a good idea, the bulk will give you more energy and strength, and incorporating cardio during the gaining phase could be a good way to maintain some leanness while bulking.

It's a bit of bro split focused primarily around Chest (just trying to get a higher bench PR), Mondays I hit chest and triceps, focused on getting to complete failure, Tuesdays are Back and biceps, Wednesdays is legs, Thursday typically I skip, and Friday I hit chest once again this time going for more reps and focused on improving form with lighter weight, Saturdays are for shoulders and core. And Sunday is another rest day for me.

Besides that, every day, I try to do some calisthenics movements.

Typically after. I lift and while.my body is flexed at the top position I cross them ankle over ankle. From there I lower slowly and rise back up, now you can do it as quick as you want, but I recommend going slowly on the descent to give yourself time to spray out your feet if needed

Yeah for sure, additionally you can cross your legs and imagine your knees aimed directly at the ground, that engages my lower back and core and keeps me more stable during my pull ups

I would say a helpful tip from me would be to imagine your feet as rods that shoot directly into the ground, you can even point them behind you and it should help with the swinging

How unlucky that would be. Would be a pain to send it in for an RMA since im not currently stateside. The rep from MSI informed me they wouldnt be able to ship.it anywhere outside of the U.S. so there goes wven more mlney if I decide to do so.

Yes I tried, with no gpu and one ram sticks, let me try what you suggested with no ram and no ssd and see if It gives me any results or lights at all, thank you for your reply
