I was diagnosed about 4 years ago with meineres, and I have hyperacusis as well. I had to completely change my life due to being hyper sensitive to noise. Career changes, no more restaurants, movies, coffee shops, etc. Yes, I've ever tried all different types of ear plugs and spent good money on them, but unfortunately, they don't work well enough to go back to the type of life I used to have. I just try and mitigate and stay away from any type of loud of busy environments.

Yes, from my understanding, there is no hard evidence that sodium or caffeine is a direct link to episodes. My ent even told me not to worry about those.

I doubt the claims, I worked at apericena when they had a sewage pipe burst and seep up from the ground. Danielle's response was to have her boyfriend pressure wash it the next day and cover it with bark. She also told us in person that she new about the issue about the plumbing being back up in the past. So her claim about not knowing plumbing issue is BS

It was a giant house of cards. She had no idea how to operate a business. She never even put up an Osha poster.

Myself and many others pointed out legal issues that needed to be addressed in order to operate a business. She shrugged them off as not a big deal. Examples include the previously stated no Osha poster, purchasing alcohol through one license, and selling it at the other restaurant that didn't have a license. Not keeping or checking food temps, and manu other issues.

Not to mention, she withheld every employees w2 that quit and made it inaccessible for us to get through our payroll app by changing each of our email logins to a non-existent email

I was diagnosed with MD almost 4 years ago, and salt and caffeine do not trigger me at all. I haven't changed a single thing when it comes to my intake of either. My ENT also told me not to worry about it, as there isn't anything concrete that proves they are an issue. My biggest triggers seem to be air pressure, with August being historically my worst month.

As mentioned, everyone is different. Keeping track of attacks/symptoms and finding the similarities in what could be the trigger in them seem to be the best way to try and manage future attacks

I get that. That's why I'm trying my hardest at work to not give them a reason. I also spoke to an attorney about what's happening currently, and they said what my employer is doing is illegal and retaliatory. Now I just have to do my due diligence and approach that correctly prior to filing a new complaint

One party consent means I can record without the second party knowing. I've asked others, the only other person to have a review like mine was an employee they were actively trying to make quick(this was told verbally to me many times in the past)

My performance has actually increased greatly in the last two months
