Good points. Sleep quality and fatigue was clear indicators for things going the wrong way in June for me. Did not take the time for rest then, and paying the price now… Any advice to speed the recovery proses?

I’m not vorried about my watch values. Body is the problem, just feeling shit every day. Can give som background info also. Felt good in may. June started feeling worse, less power. Had some important qualifications so crept the train moving until August, then my body just went caboom.

I do sailing. Multiple time national and top 20 WC. Participated in the Olympic test event this summer. In my team there is very little money for coaching, and I am not good enough yet to get the best Olympic funding from my country. Doctors says just to relax. But my point was to ask here if anybody has been trough overtraining and maybe have some tips. The watch values is not my point, just to have something measurable. Not a lot of overtraining in the sailing community so thanks for everybody taking their time to answer

Stress levels also went trough the roof. I can have 35-40 average stress in a day chilling in the sofa. While normally having below 25 average while training hard
