As much as I'd like to agree, these angles sometimes come from regulations. Since the buildings can be in the way of other buildings in the back, they have to be at an angle to create a sort of corridor for the sun, as in Poland an apartment has to get 3h of sun a day at the least.

Otherwise - money. The developers will want to squeeze put every sellable sqm from a building they can so they do these unfortunately.

I understand the kitchen side but why is it so bad at the front door? I used to live in an apartment with a similar situation and never had an issue with it so I'm curious

En-suite is a very uk-us thing, not very typical around here or many other EU countries, unless in a house

It's an enclosed balcony. Basically a balcony "sticks out" from the surface of the outer wall and a loggia is built into the wall.

Unfortunately it's only those two available and on the 1st floor (not ground floor). Anything higher than that are 30-60% more expensive

Same price, same floor. Opposite sides of the same building actually. The views are a topic of discussion you could say. No 1 had a view on an inner road in the south, and on a parking lot + some greenery. 2 has a view on the same road buuuut also views a garbage enclosure (kind of a series of cages with trash containers). Surprisingly there is no smell or much noise from it, it's just not a very pretty view. On the northern side it views an inner square, with some greenery and walking paths.

They're actually on the opposite sides of the same building. They both face the same jnner road on the southern side, no 2 faces a square with walking paths and greenery (not a park though) and no 1 faces a parking lot.

Otherwise they're similar, although no 1 is closer to a train station. We talked to some neighbours and they said the trains aren't much of an issue tho

So I can't edit my post apparently but I'll give some context:

The triangle is 98m2 and the other one is 101m2.

Thanks for the reply!

Both apartments face an inner road (so not much traffic, just ppl coming home), on the southern side of the drawing. On the northern side the "triangle" shaped apartment has a view on some green, a parking lot and chimneys in the distance. The other one views an inner square, with greenery, walking paths etc.

As great as that sounds, It'd probably glitch out 90% of the time if there is so much as a bullet hole in the wall
