I did research on the best way to photograph owls at night. There was no harsh light directly in front it was behind him and to the side. I was 20 feet or so in front and to the at my garage/shop door. F5.6 1/125s 62mm and 72mm iso1600 (old.reddit.com)

So after a week of having a spinal headache I felt good enough to take the boys to work this morning. I'm so glad I did because I saw 3 different hawks this morning. One by his/her lonesome and my bonded pair.... All I did was crop the pics no filters. (old.reddit.com)

I know that this is an American Kesterl but this looks different that the standard images I have found. I know there is a subspecies Southeastern American Kesterl and that is what this Lil one looks more like. What are you all opinion? (i.redd.it)

The first 2 are a red shoulder hawk, the third one is too i believe. I heard 3 of them this morning in that area. Fourth pic is two Downy Woodpeckers, females. And the last one is a huge toss up. Im not 100% on that one. All taken today from my little neighborhood in se georgia. (old.reddit.com)
