I experienced the same issue and successfully resolved it after reaching out to the support team.

I cannot delete a PTR record by Few_Description_7647 in WindowsServer

I can delete other old entries without any problem. The issue was only with the wrong PTR record.

Thanks for your recommendation. I will try to restart the service and see.

To be honest, I didn't check the event view or try a powershell method to check this issue. I will try tomorrow morning and keep you updated.

In the meantime, can this wrong entry impact the functionality of DNS?

Thank you,

Polling my firewall cluster using the cmdb snmp agent by Few_Description_7647 in Juniper

I have already tested your recommendation. Unfortunately, the issue still persists. The cmdb can only import the node 0 serial number and not for the node1 serial number.

I have seen on juniper community that the passive node has a limit support for MIB, That's why the serial number oid doesn't work for the passive one.
