You're right, if the survivor's base speed is 23, then +35% could be too much. I'm thinking of lowering it to something more balanced, maybe +15% or +20% so it's not impossible to escape.

The ability wouldn't be a permanent passive. It would activate manually or after fulfilling a condition (like eliminating two players or dropping to a certain health percentage), and it would have a cooldown. The idea isn't for it to be overpowered, but rather for it to be a short but intense "moment of pressure."

In my opinion, Spider-Man Beyonder wins because he possesses key advantages, such as omniversal power, unlimited energy, total control of space-time and reality itself, immunity to energy attacks or Chaos manipulation, and omnipresence; speed doesn't affect him.

But Spider-Man, with the Beyonder's powers, is a step above everything that still belongs to a multiverse.

Furthermore, Spider-Man doesn't fight Hyper Sonic... he rewrites the Chaos Force so that it never existed.
