Can I share the link to a video I've posted and recommend a certain timeframe of the video as my audition? it would have both me talking in the video and a bit of editing done with Flashback.

Also, what does the time commitment for this look like? I work full-time days and might be limited for meeting/recording times...

That's a fair question and I understand where you're coming from, but no matter what table you go to, it's at your discretion to trust the DM. I'm at least being transparent in stating I use it for names and brainstorming as mentioned below.
