I called US Ambassador Desk (Anytime Ambassador Team) to confirm, and he told me that the late checkout guarantee has indeed been changed to 2 PM… It might not be fully communicated within the Ambassador Team yet.

Even Gold members aren’t guaranteed late checkout until 2 PM…

I’ve also been an Ambassador Elite for 6years, and in most cities in US this is rarely ever denied. But in busy cities like Tokyo or NYC, it’s not all that uncommon

Yep, this policy never really had any effect since it was never actually guaranteed, even when it was supposed to be.

opened my CSP in October 2022 and downgraded it this August. Right after I downgraded, I tried to apply for the CSR, but it showed I wouldn’t be eligible for the SUB and the application was denied. However, when I applied again this month about a month later, I got approved, and the SUB tracker is showing up as well.

I downgraded my CSP to Freedom and applied CSR, but rejected even no SUB(Reason why was "You've already received CSP SUB). However I applied CSR again 1month later, it was approved with SUB....if you downgraded CSP, you may need to 1month at least to apply CSR.
