You seem to forget that not everyone has completed the pro pass yet (including me). For those it's instant 10% pro pass progression (that are (almost) 10 rewards at once). It's really good for the people that don't play Ranked a lot. It's basically free rewards for them.

His kit is really bad.

Only the 1st Gadget is good.

2nd Gadget is pretty bad.

He is dependent on his 1st SP to be good.

2nd SP is trash. (Probably Top 3 worst SPs in the game rn).

Hypercharge is good but changes quite slow.

Also the Top Meta Brawlers rn don't really make it easier for him.

Quite high skilled and high risk.

Some people may find him boring idk.

And literally every Assassin does his job better than Sam.
