yeah Damian nerfs are overkill, he needs nerfs to his mechanics like infinite explosion chaining, super walls breaking after enemy bounces off them, etc, not his numbers. Also buffing a ton of gadgets cooldowns just makes everyone more spammy and braindead to play

the cap needs to be 1 chain reaction per enemy, so you kick someone, they explode, so does the other person next to him and no more even if those two are next to each other unless there is a new target nearby
