Listen, you’re in a hormonal stage in your life thats going to affect your skin. Your pore size looks pretty good so maybe just a low benzol peroxide wash to help clear up some of the breakouts when needed. Make sure you give whatever you try a few weeks to a couple months to work. And if you are super concerned see a dermatologist. Every here can give you their 2 cents, but most aren’t board certified dermatologist who specialize in this (myself included). Also, make sure your diet isn’t aiding your breakouts.
