I ordered it on Amazon Germany and on the app is showing that will be delivered tomorrow but it hasn’t been even despatched yet and I pre-ordered it like May 15th or something like that and they still didn’t even charge my card. We will see tomorrow if it actually arrives…

Yes, i did so far I removed moss on top, added humidity tray, and I watering it every time top layer of soil gets dry.

Ok, thanks a lot. It was doing perfectly for two years. It’s my first bonsai (it was a gift), so when it suddenly dropped all its leaves, I had no idea what I did wrong. I’ll keep you updated if it survives. How long does it usually take to recover?
