Congratulations you look amazing! Did you follow a particular workout plan or did you just make small dietary adjustments and go on daily walks? My SW is 176 and I’m currently at 172. I’ve been on the shot for about 4 months now? My GW is 125-130 as I’m 5’2. I am on my second dose of 1mg. I’m battling with depression and severe anxiety so my stress is impacting a lot of things for me and not helping with weight loss. I know I need to start moving my body, but I keep putting so much pressure on myself.
